Exchange Policy
At Shrivatsa Sarees, we strive to ensure that every saree delivered meets our quality standards. As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we offer exchange only in specific cases and do not provide returns or refunds.
1. Exchange Eligibility
An exchange may be requested only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive an incorrect product different from the one ordered.
2. Reporting an Issue
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by:

Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Packaging images
- An unboxing video showing the issue
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Exchange
The product must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
4. Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference regarding color, design, texture, or fabric feel.
- Minor color variations due to screen or photography settings.
- Handloom or handmade weaving irregularities that are characteristic of traditional craftsmanship.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
5. Exchange Process
- Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
- If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for another product of equal value or provide store credit at our discretion.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
